Direct Reports: VP: Engineering, Security & Carparks, Housekeeping, Tenant Relations & Customer Care, Technical Audit
Duties & Responsibilities
Implement the strategic goals and business objectives and to give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the Company’s mission, strategy and its goals and objectives.
Responsible for the operational and financial performance of our subsidiary that provides engineering, security, housekeeping, building and other services to the Group’s commercial and residential properties.
Inspire, develop and synergise a team of property management professionals to collectively achieve more than they believed possible. Strategic, analytical thinking. Decisive and responsible. Excellent listener and able to win the trust of others. Ability to mobilize and engage diverse teams and meet deadlines.

Competencies/Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Building or Business Management with a minimum of 15 years of property management experience, including a minimum of 8 years at a senior management level.
Proven track record of leadership in managing Grade A commercial/office, retail or residential properties.
Assertive and able to manage various stakeholder interests.
Strong sense of purpose and commitment to personal and business excellence.
