You should be an established Relationship Manager with at least 5-7 years of experience managing HNW and UHNW relationships with a global private bank. You will be required to grow AUM to at least USD80-100mio in your first year with serious revenues also produced. Reports directly to Executive Director and has strong reporting line to the Chairman. The role will work closely with the Board members and key shareholders.

A well-qualified legal professional and corporate secretary who will have responsibility for the whole gamut of the legal and secretariat functions covering corporate compliance through to coordinating of Singapore Exchange (SGX) notices, etc. The person in the role will work closely with the internal Legal teams in the larger operations and liaise with external counsels for smaller subsidiaries.
